For Finland • Nordic Summer Ale
For Finland is a small-batch beer I co-created with my friend and home brewer Yann Green. We set out to bottle the Finnish summer experience in a rich & refreshing summer ale. Though brewed in London, it features birch water, birch wood, birch leaves, pine, juniper, blueberries—even a splash of lake water—all collected by hand in the great outdoors of Finland.
